Savory Yogurts?

I just responded to a post in th internationals group about this idea I've had for a long time: I get tired of going into grocery stores and finding only sweet and fruity yogurt snacks. My sister (Angela, not Hadassah) married an Iranian Jew and she learned to cook middle eastern foods when I was still in my teen years. I learned to like middle eastern food through her mostly, but faire had a big influence too.
Quite a number of years ago I found that Bongo Burger in Berkeley made a drink based on yogurt, garlic, mint and fizzy water that I just loved, like a savory Kefir. And it got me to thinking that it would be great to be able to walk into a grocery store and buy yogurt drinks and snacks that were savory instead of sweet. But Nancy's Yogurts I'm NOT. I imagine the right person with this idea could get rich. But I have different ambitions and dreams. Anybody else here think this is an idea they could run with?
It's even crossed my mind to do a line of 'medicinal' products, but I'm not sure how that would work since it would need to be heated and I don't think that yogurt gets pasteurized?
